Your responsibility is to use the space with care and reverence, and to be in right relationship with the house. This means having respect for the space and the people who keep it. The instructions given to you in the house manual and at check-in are very clear, and we make every effort to ensure that you understand them. If you have difficulty taking in the information you provide to us, please let us know well ahead of your stay so that we can clarify in a way that works for you. Your booking correspondence, the Guest Guide and any check-in information you receive forms part of the agreement between you and Hedon House. As outlined in our terms of hire, you will be liable to cover any costs associated with damage or extra cleaning time or materials resulting from your failure to follow the instructions given to you. As recommended at the top of our bookings page, we ask you to read and understand our terms of hire and cancellation policy before booking.

Absolutely! We're in a primarily commercial venue on a busy street and you're welcome to make noise within usual city ordinances. You can use the full venue for your event with a total capacity of 70. As we exist within an urban village, we request respectful and discrete passage through shared areas and management of main door entry for public events.

We are not a brothel or commercial dungeon. Your booking at A Space in Sydney is for the venue only and does not include additional service provision from our staff beyond venue management. We can however connect you with a wide range of sexuality educators and bodyworkers to deepen your journey. Please get in touch directly with your curiosities...

We exist within a wonderful and quiet urban village, a moment of calm amongst the city noise. Our venue is discrete and versatile - she can be shaped to your whims and desires. Run a workshop or rehearsal, make some content, settle in for a cosy night on the couch with our projector, or have a few mates over for a special event.

Our studio is located on Parramatta Rd in Annandale. We are close to the CBD, with ample public transport and limited free parking nearby. Exact address details released upon booking to support privacy for our community. Unfortunately A Space in Sydney is on the first floor and not wheelchair accessible.

Fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle & autoclave. Bathroom with shower & toilet. Laundry with washing machine & line drying capacity.

Our venue exists within a quiet urban village. As such you may encounter members of the public in the main entry, however our venue will be yours and private for the time that you've booked, except for the time that our venue manager will give you access / orientation.

We keep our general spaces clean, and intimate spaces are cleaned with medical grade sanitisation techniques.
